There's been a lot of discussion about the wage proposals in the tentative agreement. Can the negotiations team highlight any progress made in other areas? Specifically, I'm interested in knowing if any language was secured to correct the wage disparities caused by 30% LOA's other bargaining units have secured and the upside down wage structure created for the supervisors of those positions. Based on the significant gains achieved by LTC, most supervisors up to Range 22 will now earn less than the Foreman they supervise at step A in both schedules.
