4 of 4) The leave accrual rate should revert back to the original rate (pre July 2013) for ALL SU employees, rather than having different rates for hires pre July 2013 and post July 2013. I think developing these tiered systems within one union is a mistake and creates division among staff. - in that same vein I would love to see the Tier 4 retirement system go away or simply become an option.
